Who's who in the Student Council
Ume is strong at reading and writing, to the point of getting a perfect score on a language arts mock exam and winning literary prizes several times. But he finds math and science so hard that he worries about advancing a grade.
He joined the Student Council on the recommendation of Hiratsuka, his year's head teacher, to shore up his school record and avoid being held back.
He's confident in language arts, but his confidence wobbles from the moment he starts solving a math or science problem. So at the exam study group, Ume listens to explanations from Hisako and the other students and follows the solutions.
He doesn't hide what he doesn't know or agonize over it alone. He's the type to take help and change how he studies.

So that the other members don't have to stay late, Hisako tends to take on the leftover work herself. She sometimes tries to handle work someone else asked for all by herself and gets called out by Arisu.
When Ume struggled with math and science, she taught him herself, and at the exam study group she helps the juniors too. Hisako's consideration isn't vague encouragement. She checks who needs to take on which job right now, and it shows up as direct action.

That feeling becomes clear in the exam scene. Even though her grades are excellent overall, Hisako regrets not coming first in an individual subject. To other people it's a more than good enough result, but she sets a higher bar and judges herself by it.

I Want to Be a Good Senior
Despite her neat, quiet impression, Arisu is firm enough to stop Tan right away when he crosses a line with a prank. But she worries that the juniors are scared of her, and she tells Ume straight out, "I want us to get along well for a long time."
After a conversation ends, she sometimes goes back over whether she spoke well. What Arisu wants isn't to be a senior who sternly controls her juniors but one who's firm when she needs to be and still easy to approach.

I think reading Arisu as an ISFJ 2w1 is the more natural call. Introverted Sensing (Si) shows in how well she fits the role of Treasurer and in how aware she is of etiquette between seniors and juniors.
Extraverted Feeling (Fe) shows in how she watches how the juniors see her and adjusts the relationship. Going back over her wording alone after a conversation also fits someone who handles relationships carefully.
Rather than forcing rules on people unconditionally, her wish to get close to the juniors and build good relationships looks stronger.
So I'd put Type 2 at the center, with the Type 1 wing expressing that closeness through responsibility and a neat, proper manner.
A Bit Clumsy Sometimes, but I'll Reach Out First
Komaro works hard at what she's given, but she's clumsy and makes mistakes a lot. Still, she's not the type to get deflated by them. If anything, she hardly puts her guard up around anyone and approaches even Ume naturally.
Rather than hesitating to size up someone she just met, she reacts to the person in front of her first. In the pool-cleaning scene she shows that instinctive side too, keeping her balance on the slippery floor and moving her body to fit the situation.
She's clumsy in daily life, but she has a talent for math.

ESFP 9w1 is the more convincing read for Komaro. If Fi means sorting out your own values first and then acting, Komaro is Se, reacting right away to whatever is happening around her.
Talking to Ume first and not showing much wariness even in unfamiliar relationships show that side exactly.
Also, Enneagram Type 9 lines up with wanting to keep relationships comfortable rather than tense, and the Type 1 wing rests on the diligence and sense of responsibility to keep doing the job even when she's clumsy.
Curiosity, Pranks and Humor Are My Style
Tan is strong in electronics and information, and he's good at the Student Council's PR work too. I'd guess he's an ENTP 7w8.
Extraverted Intuition (Ne) shows in how he turns the night patrol into a surprise-entrance skit and imagines how his colleagues will react. Introverted Thinking (Ti) connects to how he handles problems with his knowledge of electronics and information.

When Ume came to visit, Tan's reaction stood out too: he said thanks and then tacked on a joke right away. He expresses gratitude, but he changes the mood with humor before any serious feeling shows.
'Pranks' are Tan's way of hanging out with friends, and also a way of regulating emotion: he shows a vulnerable side briefly, then goes back to his usual pace.
What Happens When Different Strengths Come Together
Hisako shows what she's good at through achievement and responsibility, Arisu through the firmness and care that protect relationships, Komaro through natural friendliness and math skill, and Tan through wit and tech. Nobody is perfect at everything.
